Carla Querejeta Roca

My textile sculptures are made with paintings from some years ago. Destruction allowed change and evolution. Working with my own work meant to work with myself as raw material. Painting was hidden inside my first pieces, for coming out little by little. As I hid past until I was able to accept it in my being today, to let it making part of who I am today.
